How do I book a tour?
Choose a tour, click "Book now", select your departure date and the number of guests, then fill in your details and pay online. You will receive a confirmation by email.
Can I ask questions before booking?
Of course. Click "Send an enquiry" on any tour page or contact us — a travel expert will get back to you within 24 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods (such as international cards and bank transfer) and the amount due are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees depend on how close to departure you cancel. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy or contact us for details about a specific tour.

Do I need a visa to visit Vietnam?
Most nationalities need a Vietnam e-visa. See our Visa page — we can help you with the application.
What is the difference between Daily Tours and Package Tours?
Daily Tours are day trips that return the same day. Package Tours last several days and include hotels, transport and most meals as listed in each itinerary.
Is hotel pick-up included?
Most daily tours include pick-up from hotels in the city centre. The pick-up details are listed in each tour itinerary.
Can I get a private tour instead of a group tour?
Yes. Tell us your wishes on our Private & Customized Tours page and we will design a private itinerary for you.
Is travel insurance included?
Please check the "Included / Excluded" section of each tour. We recommend that every traveller has personal travel insurance.
